Nestled on 7.5 acres in the heart of Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, Ponderosa Paradise is a family-owned land project bordering the Pike National Forest. Surrounded by towering pines, fresh mountain air, and abundant wildlife, the land is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with nature.
This year marks the beginning of our family’s journey of actively stewarding the land. As we prepare the space for a family wedding and future micro-weddings, we are thoughtfully designing the landscape with a long-term vision rooted in sustainability, conservation, and reciprocity with the Earth. Working alongside local landscapers, educators, engineers, and conservation partners, we are beginning to restore native ecosystems, plant pollinator and butterfly habitat, and cultivate gardens that support both wildlife and people.
Our vision is to grow Ponderosa Paradise into an intimate eco-retreat destination where meaningful gatherings, educational workshops, and nature-based experiences can take place. Over time, the property will include thoughtfully designed stays such as yurts and tiny homes, offering guests the opportunity to reconnect with the land through rest, learning, and intentional living.
Ponderosa Paradise is a place in progress. It is an evolving landscape devoted to regenerative land stewardship, wildlife habitat, and creating space for people to gather, celebrate, and rediscover their relationship with nature.
